Research Focus

Marie-Catherine is a research associate, especially interested in IT/IP and Data Protection Law as well as International Business. At the Department she is mainly involved in international research projects dealing with health related data. Before that she had worked for the Austrian Federal Computing Center in the field of Digital Transformation Projects. She also was a legal clerk at court and a legal editor for governmental online services. Marie-Catherine holds a degree in law from the University of Vienna/Law School. Since her Baccalauréat at the Lycée Français de Vienne she has also been studying Business Law and International Business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at Bentley University (Massachusetts, USA).
