Research Focus

Kseniia Guliaeva joined the Department of Innovation and Digitalization in Law in October 2023. She is a Fulbright Alumna and holds an LLM from Syracuse University in the United States. She previously worked as a Senior Lawyer in an international group of companies, overseeing all intellectual property and data protection matters of the group. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Filtering Lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights. At the Department, Kseniia works on EU and third-party-funded projects. Her research focuses on the convergence of intellectual property, personal data, and human rights law within the realms of innovation and digitalization, with a specific emphasis on the application of artificial intelligence.
