Research Focus

Florian Seitz has been a University Assistant (prae doc) at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law since September 2024. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and a Master's degree in European and International Law from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). His research focuses on European Energy Law, with a particular emphasis on promoting digital innovation and sustainability. Before joining the University of Vienna, Florian gained professional experience at a law firm, a sustainable asset management company, and a national energy provider.
