Research Focus

Mariana A. Rissetto is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from the University of Vienna (Austria). The focus of her professional legal career has been mainly in the public (international) sector with key strengths in international institutional law, and international and European data protection and privacy law. Since February 2019 she joined the ID department and she is heavily involved in research projects on data protection, AI and new technologies.
