Deniza Beslinger

Deniza Beslinger was a student assistant in the Legal Design Sprint project organized by the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law in cooperation with the Vienna Chamber of Labour from March to October 2023.

Deniza Beslinger studies law at the University of Vienna and has already gained valuable international experience during a semester abroad at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). In 2019, she successfully participated in the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court.

Christian Worpenberg

Christian Worpenberg from the Helmut-Schmidt-Universität was a visiting researcher joining the team of Professor Dr. Iris Eisenberger from October until December 2023.

Christian Worpenberg studied Law with an emphasis on public law at the University of Münster between 2012 and 2018, where he also worked as a student assistant at the Institute of Environmental and Planning Law (Professor Sabine Schlacke). In the period between 2018 and 2020, he completed the legal preparation service at the Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht Hamburg higher regional court, including experience at the Verwaltungsgericht Hamburg administrative court and the German Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community. At the same time, he also led several working groups at the Universität Hamburg. Following work at an international lawyers’ office in the field of public business law, he has been an academic employee at the Helmut Schmidt University with the chair Professor Margarete Schuler-Harms since June 2021. He is currently completing his doctorate there on questions of future mobility in public space.
