Thomas Binder has been university assistant at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna since April 2023. He worked as a member of the academic staff at the Supreme Administrative Court from October 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, he worked as a legal trainee in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court, after working as an intern and as a legal associate at the Austrian Financial Market Authority from January 2018 to November 2019.

Thomas Binder studied Law at the University of Vienna. His research focuses on constitutional law, administrative procedural law and asylum law.
