Lisa Müllner has been  university assistant at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law since October 2022. Prior to that, she worked as an associate with a focus on public economic law at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB and passed the bar exam in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court in January 2022. From September 2016 to September 2018, she was a local assistant to a Member of the European Parliament and a student assistant in the team of Professor Eisenberger, first at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the University of Vienna, with assignment to the Nano-Norms-Nature research platform, and finally at the Institute of Law at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Vienna.

She studied law at the University of Vienna. Her research interests include constitutional law, fundamental and human rights, as well as product law.
