By order of the Dean, his research center has been renamed to Rudolf Welser Research Center for European Private Law Development, with Christiane Wendehorst appointed as its director and Brigitta Zöchling-Jud as deputy director. Both consider it a great honor to continue this work in his spirit.
In memory of this eminent legal scholar, both professors will host a full-day symposium on behalf of the research center on the anniversary of his passing, May 5, 2025, in the rooftop hall of the Juridicum.
