The Winter ELSA Law School will be held from the 15th to 22nd of February 2020. This year´s academic programme will focus on security law, specifically on cyber law, the future of cyber technology, its ethical issues and legal implications. Univ.-Ass. Mag. Antoni Napieralski, who is a member of the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law, will hold a presentation on data privacy law as well as surveillance and law at this year´s Winter ELSA Law School.
