In her latest publication in Computer Law & Security Review, Elisabeth Steindl delves into the regulation of consumer BCIs within EU product safety law. The findings suggest that, within the context of safeguarding the health and safety of consumers, EU legislators have diligently adapted and modernised the relevant legislation.
