The analysis was commissioned by the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media and conducted by Prof. Nikolaus Forgó as well as Emily Johnson, LL.M. and Katerina Polychronopoulos, JD as co-authors. The draft Law was analysed and compared with OSCE commitments and international standards on freedom of expression and media freedom.
