How does knowledge get into parliament? How do parliaments deal with "uncertain knowledge"? How can a continuous exchange between science and politics be organized? These and other questions will be discussed by Austrian and international scientists from different disciplines at the first Austrian "Day of Parliamentary Research". The conference combines lectures, panel discussions and poster presentations and is organized by the Legal, Legislative & Research Services (RLW) of the Parliamentary Administration. It promotes the scientific community's networking and furthers the exchange between science and parliamentary practice.
Iris Eisenberger will give a Keynote on “How do parliaments know? Expert, lay and AI knowledge in law making”.
