Centre of discussion were the results of the UNCITRAL Working Group IV's (E-Commerce) 66th session, which took place in Vienna in October 2023 and revolved around drafting model precisions related to automated contracting, particularly in the context of artificial intelligence, and on data provision contracts.
Professor Wendehorst took part in the discussions as a renowned expert in these topics.
