On 1 December 2021, the Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG) will enter into force, implementing parts of the ePrivacy Directive. At the DatenTag, stakeholders from various fields discussed the future legislative framework.
The Datentag focussed on discussing the opportunities offered by the new instruments mentioned in the TTDSG, including Consent Management Services and Personal Information Management Services.
