Christiane Wendehorst gave the opening speech at the 5th IPR Young Talent Conference

On February 14 and 15, 2025, the 5th IPR Junior Scholars Conference took place at the University of Heidelberg, focusing on the theme “Digitalization and Private International Law – Local Connections in Borderless Spaces.” Christiane Wendehorst delivered an opening speech on Digital assets in private international law.

The conference addressed the challenges and solutions arising from digitalization in private international law—ranging from digital assets and AI-based contract formation to digital inheritance and cross-border legal processes.
