InteropEHRate is a multiparty EU funded project, which aims at supporting patients to unlock health data from local silos and use them for better healthcare.

It is the goal of the project to standardize and harmonize the processing of electronic health records (EHRs) and deliver a comprehensive analysis of different aspects concerning HER interoperability.
