Abstract

We speak with Erik Tuchtfeld. He is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg and Associate Editor at Verfassungsblog. We will discuss his text 'Be Careful What You Wish For', dealing with the interplay between freedom of speech and the fight against hate speech on the internet as seen by the European Court on Human Rights in some of its recent decisions.
