Research Focus

The subject of my research will focus on the relationship between artificial intelligence and intellectual property.The aim of my research is to broaden and deepen my knowledge on the subject of generative artificial intelligence and to verify how the legal implications regarding the protection of works created with the aid of the machine and those created exclusively by an artificial intelligence system are addressed and whether there are already regulations and solutions in this regard in Italy and Europe.
