On the occasion of his 85th birthday, the common risks and opportunities of civil law regulations were discussed together with companions and friends, also taking into account the European perspective.
Christiane Wendehorst spoke at the symposium on the topic of ‘Civil law codification and digitisation’. Here she also spoke about the need for reform of a civil law code such as the ABGB as a result of increasing digitalisation and European harmonisation.
