Finished as well as ongoing projects are communicated and discussed. Drafts of papers and current research findings are shared with the group in order to receive feedback and constructive criticism. This exchange of knowledge allows participants to broaden their horizons outside their own academic disciplines and profit from the expertise of the others. Due to its interdisciplinary approach this colloquium encourages and enables especially young researcher to collaborate on joint scientific work.
