At the 21st Austrian Jurists' Conference 2022 in Vienna, lawyers from all professions came together to discuss fundamental but also specific questions in connection with current developments in legal policy, legislation and case law. The results of these discussions and the proceedings of the opening and closing sessions are now available in book form!
Iris Eisenberger wrote a paper on the fundamental rights challenges posed by the use of AI. In the course her contribution, she illustrates well-known and new problems relevant to fundamental rights. At the end of the paper, Eisenberger addresses the concept of a "liberal breadline", which is particularly important in today's world.
