This event convenes distinguished stakeholders from academia, healthcare, public administration, and industry to address critical developments in the secondary use of health data, as outlined by the European Data Strategy. Particular emphasis will be placed on the implications of forthcoming legislative frameworks, including the European Health Data Space (EHDS), Data Act, and Data Governance Act (DGA), and their integration into national systems.
The forum offers a unique platform to:
- engage in high-level discussions on shaping the future of health data utilisation
- analyse the challenges and opportunities within Austria and across Europe
- collaborate with policymakers and legal experts to contribute to innovative, data-driven healthcare solutions
