The visit will take place on the afternoon on the 31.1, starting with an academic exchange and ending with a visit in the art studio of leading IP-scholar Prof. Guido Kucksko, before rounding up with some presentations on the morning of the 1.2.
Academic presentations will revolve around questions of copyrighted works in EU law and other IP-related topics. Speakers will include amongst others Nikolaus Forgó, Professor of Law at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law, Pavel Koukal, Associate Professor at the institute of Law and Technology and the Civil Department of Masaryk University and Matěj Myška, Associate Professor at the Institute of Law and Technology of Masaryk University.
