The latest version of Annex 3 of the Report of the Special Rapporteur on the Right to Privacy (A/HRC/40/63) "Draft Recommendation on the protection and use of health-related data"- established by the Health Data Taskforce of the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Privacy (UN SPR) - can be found via this link. This version of Annex 3 will be debated during the international consultation meeting organized by the UN SPR on 11-12 June 2019. Nikolaus Forgó, Chair of the Health Data Taskforce of the UN Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy, and Marie-Catherine Wagner as well as Mariana Rissetto as part of the Taskforce from our department are looking forward to a productive meeting in June.
