Two years ago, the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law was founded. With a lot of diligence, patience, dedication and teamwork, we laid the foundation and today we can look at a unique department built by unique people.
10 facts that make our department unique:
One: We published one book together.
Two: Today two new members are joining our team.
Three: We currently have three third-party funded projects each in the fields of law enforcement and health.
Four: We did four full semesters of teaching with around 9 thousand students.
Five: We have currently five project staff members fully paid by our third-party funded projects.
Six: This semester we offer our online legal research class for the 6th time.
Seven: This semester seven people from our department are teaching the law class for the computer science studies of UNIVIE.
Eight: In the last 12 months eight people joined our team.
Nine: We do on average nine telephone conferences per week in our research projects and other work.
Ten: We represent ten different nationalities (Argentina, Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, USA).
