As co-editor and author of the AI-Act commentary published by C.H.BECK-Verlag and due to her draft of a data protection regulation for AI, which she presented at the end of 2024, Christiane Wendehorst focused her presentation on recent issues and aspects related to the GDPR and the AI Act, as well as the CCD2.
