In this role, she will collaborate closely with other leading experts to support the project leaders as an advisor. The project aims to provide courts, regulatory authorities, and technology companies with clear guidelines on the allocation of liability for damages caused by AI.
The first meeting of the advisors took place on March 7, 2025, in Philadelphia. Professor Wendehorst contributed her extensive expertise in AI law, data protection, and international contract design to the discussions.
