"Cyber Warfare - Legal Aspects, Regulation and Protection Mechanisms for Individuals and States"

Adriana's doctoral research delves into the legal challenges posed by cyber warfare, particularly regarding (civilian) data protection. Her work unfolds in three analytical dimensions: International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Human Rights Law, and Data Protection Law. By examining the interplay between these legal regimes, she aims to establish a cohesive framework for addressing the gaps in cyber protection mechanisms and to propose actionable recommendations.
