Research Focus
Victor Henriquez Diaz is a PhD Researcher at the School of Law and Government of Dublin City University, where he is completing a thesis entitled ‘Critical Raw Materials for Digital Sovereignty: Anatomy of EU Strategic Partnerships’.
Alongside his research, he serves as Deputy Coordinator of the DCU Law and Tech Research Cluster, where he acts as the editor of the Comparative Digital Law Blog and the executive co-producer of the DCU Digital Law Perspectives podcast.
His professional experience includes a legal internship at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in Vienna, and he is a qualified lawyer. He completed the European Master in Law, Data and Artificial Intelligence studying at Dublin City University, Universidad de León and Università di Pisa. He holds a Law Degree and a Specialization in Procedural Law from Universidad Central de Venezuela and an LLM in Transnational Dispute Resolution from the University of Manchester.
