Research Focus

My research focusses on the highly topical issue of online platform liability. Analysis is particularly focused on developments within the Austrian and European Union jurisdictions regarding this topic. I graduated from a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (History) at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. While in Australia I undertook extensive work within community legal services and non-governmental organisation. More recently, I completed a Masters of Laws (LLM.) in public international law at the University of Vienna. I have since developed a large amount of experience within the United Nations system, including with the International Atomic Energy Agency and the International Law Commission. During this experience, I had the privilege of working on some of the most important legal issues facing the international community, from the peaceful use of nuclear material to the immunity of state officials from criminal prosecutions in foreign jurisdictions.
