Research Focus
Julia studied European law at Maastricht University (The Netherlands) and obtained her LLB in July 2022. She also studied Law and Technology at Tilburg University. In 2025, she received her LLM in European and International Business Law. Her professional experience includes, among others, working at the Polish Data Protection Authority and the European Union’s Agency for Fundamental Rights. Julia is part of the Vienna Doctoral College on Digital Humanism, an interdisciplinary doctoral program. Julia’s research interests are mainly in platform governance, disinformation, AI regulation and fundamental rights.
