Research Focus
Hannah Hafenscher is a research assistant and is currently involved in two projects. In the CLEAR project, she deals with issues relating to the anonymization of personal data in light of the GDPR and the AI Act, as well as copyright aspects of data anonymization. In addition, she is conducting research on the secondary storage and use of health data as part of the präNUDGE project. She studied law at the University of Vienna and completed a semester abroad at the University of Copenhagen. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in European law and data protection issues. Her research focuses on the interface between copyright law and new technologies.
