Research Focus

After an ERASMUS stay, Maximilian Bauer re-joined the Department for Innovation and Digitalisation in Law in September 2023. He studies law and sociology at the University of Vienna. Maximilian Bauer has already worked as a student assistant at the Department of Roman Law and Antique Legal History, where he was able to gain valuable experience. In his studies, he focuses on the areas of IT law and (IT) criminal law. He is particularly interested in the interdisciplinary connections between society, law, and technology.
