Thomas Zhegu-Binder has been university assistant at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna since April 2023. He worked as a member of the academic staff at the Supreme Administrative Court from October 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, he worked as a legal trainee in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court, after working as an intern and as a legal associate at the Austrian Financial Market Authority from January 2018 to November 2019.

Thomas Zhegu-Binder studied Law at the University of Vienna. His research focuses on constitutional law, administrative procedural law and asylum law.
