Besides the Faculty of Informatics of TU Wien, the conference is organised by Vienna's Municipal Department 23 – Economic Affairs, Labour and Statistics and the 'WWTF – Vienna Science and Technology Fund'. As the title of the workshop suggests - DigHum 2019 - this interdisciplinary event focuses on Digital Humanism that aims to 'make the digital world and development more “human”, but also to initiate a broad approach integrating different disciplines for new scientific insights, discussions, and spreading of critical thoughts and knowledge'.
In that context, Univ.-Prof. Nikolaus Forgó will hold a lecture on April 5th about 'Internet Law in a Global Context'.
